E-Gift Card Terms of Use
These terms apply to the purchase, delivery, and use of virtual e-gift cards bought through our webshop.
By purchasing an e-gift card, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with and accept these terms.
1. Gift Card Format
The e-gift card is delivered exclusively in electronic form.
A physical gift card, envelope, or other printed material will not be sent by mail.
Each e-gift card contains a unique code used during purchase in our webshop.
2. E-Gift Card Value
When ordering, the buyer selects one of the offered gift card values.
The gift card value is expressed in euros and corresponds to the amount available for purchasing products in our webshop.
A gift card is not a bank, credit, or payment card and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable regulations.
3. E-Gift Card Delivery
The e-gift card is sent to the recipient's email address provided by the buyer when ordering.
The buyer can enter:
- recipient's name
- recipient's email address
- personal message
- desired sending date
If recipient details are not entered, the e-gift card will be sent to the buyer's email address.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered email address. It is necessary to carefully check all entered data before completing the order.
If an incorrect email address was entered, please contact us as soon as possible. An amendment cannot be guaranteed if the e-gift card has already been sent.
The exact delivery time cannot be selected. E-gift cards scheduled for a future date are sent automatically during the selected day.
If the message is not visible in the inbox, please check the Spam, Promotions, and Other folders.
4. Personal Message
The buyer can leave a short personal message for the recipient with the e-gift card.
The buyer is responsible for the content of the entered message. We reserve the right to intervene if the message contains offensive, unlawful, or other clearly inappropriate content.
5. E-Gift Card Usage
The e-gift card is used by entering the unique code into the appropriate field during checkout.
The card can be used to purchase products available in our webshop.
If the order value is less than the available card balance, the remaining amount remains available for future purchases.
If the order value is greater than the available card balance, the difference can be paid using another available payment method.
One e-gift card can be used across multiple orders until its value is fully utilized or its validity period expires.
An e-gift card cannot be used to purchase another e-gift card.
6. Validity Period
The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The exact expiry date is displayed on the electronic gift card or on the gift card page that the recipient accesses via the link in the email.
After the expiry date, the remaining amount on the card can no longer be used, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable regulations.
We recommend that the e-gift card be used well in advance of its expiry date, especially if a handmade product is being ordered for a specific date or occasion.
The purchase of a gift card does not constitute a reservation of a specific product, production deadline, or delivery deadline.
7. Handmade Products
The products in our offer are handmade, which means product availability and production time may vary.
Possessing an e-gift card does not guarantee continuous availability of a specific product.
Orders paid with an e-gift card are subject to the prices, product availability, production time, and delivery conditions valid at the time of product ordering.
8. Code Storage and Security
The recipient is responsible for safeguarding the unique gift card code.
Anyone with access to the code can attempt to use it for a purchase. Therefore, the code should not be publicly disclosed or shared with unauthorized persons.
We are not responsible for unauthorized use of the code if it occurred because the buyer or recipient shared, published, or did not adequately protect the code.
In case of email loss, the buyer or recipient can contact us to inquire about the possibility of resending the card to the originally linked email address.
9. Returns and Purchase Cancellation
The purchase of an e-gift card is subject to consumer rights stipulated by the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and other business terms of our webshop.
Requests for purchase cancellation or return must be sent in writing to our contact email address.
When processing the request, it will be checked whether the e-gift card has been partially or fully used.
Returns of products purchased with a gift card are processed in accordance with our return policy and applicable regulations. Where technically and legally applicable, a refund may be made to the same gift card or by issuing an equivalent replacement value.
10. Technical Issues
In case the e-gift card has not been delivered, the link does not work, or the code cannot be used, please contact us and provide:
- order number
- buyer's name
- email address used for purchase
- recipient's email address
Never publicly disclose the full gift card code.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms when necessary due to changes in business practices, webshop functionality, or applicable regulations.
Individual e-gift cards are subject to the terms valid at the time of their purchase, unless applicable regulations require otherwise.
