Give your loved ones the opportunity to choose their favorite product from our range of handmade items.

Select the desired gift card amount, enter the recipient's details, and add a personal message. The virtual gift card with a unique code is delivered electronically, without physical delivery.

How it works:

1. Choose the desired gift card amount.
2. Enter the recipient's name and email address.
3. Optionally, write a personal message.
4. Choose whether you want the card sent immediately or on a specific date.
5. The recipient will receive a virtual gift card with a unique purchase code in their email.

The electronic gift card is sent to the recipient's email address you provide during purchase.

You can choose immediate delivery or a specific delivery date. The exact sending time cannot be selected. Cards scheduled for a future date are sent during the morning hours of the chosen day.

If you do not enter the recipient's details, the gift card will be sent to the buyer's email address, who can then forward or gift it personally.

Before completing the order, carefully check the entered email address, personal message, and sending date. It is not possible to independently change the data after purchase. In case of an error, please contact us as soon as possible, before the card is sent.

Value and usage

The gift card can be used to purchase products available in our webshop.

The unique gift card code is entered during checkout in the designated field for a gift card or discount code.

The card does not have to be used all at once. If the order value is less than the available amount, the remaining amount stays on the card and can be used for a future purchase.

If the order value is greater than the available amount on the card, the difference can be paid using another available payment method.

Validity period

The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The exact expiry date is stated with the gift card details.

For planning purposes of handmade production and product availability, we recommend using the card well before its expiration date.

After the expiration date, the unused amount can no longer be used, unless otherwise specified by applicable regulations.

Important information

• This is an exclusively virtual gift card, and no physical card will be sent.
• The gift card is not a personalized product or a reservation for a specific product.
• The card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• The gift card is not exchangeable for cash, except when required by applicable regulations.
• Keep the unique card code safe, as it can be used by anyone who has access to the code.
